Return Policy

eReader Outfitters wants your purchase to be a positive experince. The iLiad is covered by a 12 month warranty. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return your product within 14 days.

Returns

• Keep all the packaging material including baggies and twist ties in like new condition.
• Package everything like new. If you have troubles getting the accessories to fit send them loose in the box.
• Please contact us before you return. We need to know your name, the mac address and the reason for return.
• Full credit will be refunded upon return of product in like new condition within 14 days of purchase.

Notes

1. Ship by courier or post office with a tracking number and insure to cover loss or damage.
2. Refunds do not include shipping costs.
