Return Policy
eReader Outfitters wants your purchase to be a positive experience. iRex products are covered by a 12 month warranty. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your hardware purchase, return your product within 14 days.
Returns
- Keep all the packaging material including baggies and twist ties in like new condition.
- Package everything like new. If you have troubles getting the accessories to fit send them loose in the box.
- Use a traceable method of shipment like UPS, or USPS Priority or Express Mail.
- We need to know your name. Please enclose a receipt or identification so we know to whom credit is due.
- Full credit will be refunded upon return of product in like new condition within 14 days of purchase.
